To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to advise you that the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba records indicate that the company IRONCLAD Metals Inc. has registered in the CSAM safety program and company representatives have completed all of the four mandatory COR™ training courses.
The following is an overview of the COR™ safety program:
The Certificate of Recognition Program (COR™) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program which meets national standards. The objectives of COR™ are to provide industry employers with an effective safety and health m anagement system to reduce incidents, accidents and injuries as well as their associated human and financial costs.
The steps to achieving COR™ Certification include:
• Registration with the CSAM (completion of the Principles of Safety Management)
• Completion of 4 training modules
• Completion of a company safety manual
• Implementation of a company safety program
• Company Self Audit
• CSAM Internal Audit
• Independent (External) Audit
